Deck & Landscape Design Process

We want to make sure that we are the right fit! That’s why as part of our process, we ask questions to get to know more about your project. We want to know what you have in mind for your outdoor space. This includes the key elements, size, timeline, and understanding of your budget. We will discuss our next steps in the design process & potential associated costs.

Once we determine that we are the right company for you, one of our design consultants will come to your property and meet with you. They will discuss your wants and needs, and will proceed to take full detailed measurements, grading and photos for reference.

Our team will work to put together a proposal for your space based on your wish list, unique space requirements and budget. We will then meet to go over the plan in detail, and make and changes you would like to see. 

After you are happy with the project plan, we will present sample materials and suggestions for your project that fit within your budget. At this time, we also discuss and special finishing details.

When all revisions have been made and materials selected and you would like to move forward with our team as your builder, we will present and sign the project contract.

Our team takes the plan we've just created together, along with all the required building permits and begins construction! We maintain open communication throughout the process and work hard to create the space you've been dreaming of.
