A Great Deck Starts Below the Surface
The finished decking is only one part of a well-built deck. For new deck construction, we pay close attention to everything underneath—from helical pile foundations and pressure-treated framing to structural connections, protective joist tape and drainage.
These details aren't always visible once the project is finished, but they play an important role in how the deck performs over time. With more than 20 years of deck-building experience, we know where the details matter and build accordingly.
For re-decking projects, we first assess whether the existing subframe is in suitable condition to reuse. Where it makes sense, we can complete minor framing repairs, apply protective joist tape and install new composite or PVC decking over the existing structure.
